Company Driver - Kumasi

Job Description

The Company driver will be responsible for safe transport,vehicle care,Documentation and operations comply with Ghanaian laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Safe Transport

• Drive Company vechicles to deliver goods and transport staff to designated location on time.

Vehicle care

• Conduct daily checks on fuel,oil,tires, and overall vehivle condition. 

Documentation

• Maintain accurate trip logs and vechile maintainance records.

Compliance

• Follow al Ghana roadtraffic laws and company safety policies.
• Must have a Valid Class B or C driver's license with at least 2years of clean driving record

Required Skills or Experience

Experience

• At least 2 years of work experience in administration, human resources, compliance, or related fields;
• Experience in factories or the manufacturing industry is preferred;
• Familiarity with Ghana traffic laws and government procedures is an advantage.

Skills

• Good English communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Good coordination and reporting skills.

Employment Terms

• Probation period: 6 months;

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience dealing with government departments;
• Experience in escalation handling;
• Experience in factory management;
• Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
