Comms and Marketing Specialist

Job Description

The Communications & Marketing Specialist is responsible for promoting the company's brand, managing digital communications, creating engaging marketing content, responding to customer enquiries across social media platforms, and supporting the marketing of events, ticketing services, travel packages, and company products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies.
• Create concepts and content for social media campaigns.
• Design and schedule social media posts.
• Respond promptly to social media comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries.
• Promote company events, services, and products across digital platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Assist in photography, videography, and content creation during events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Support customer engagement and community management.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in marketing or communications.
• Knowledge of social media management tools and basic graphic design.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must live around Lapaz, Tabora, Achimota, Race Course, Sowutoum and its environs.
