JOB PURPOSE
The successful candidate will provide the Enterprise Business Unit with business and commercial insights and value-added analysis with the sole aim of driving the unit towards overall business objectives.
The role reports to the Commercial Performance Manager.
ROLE SPECIFIC
- Oversees the monthly commission calculation and processing for Business in Retail
- Prepares weekly and monthly report on the sales and revenue performance
- Conducts weekly forecasting on the various enterprise products and the drivers for the trends
- Ensures data accuracy, completeness and integrity
- Defines templates and metrics to periodically track and report performance by product and segments against expectations.
- Conducts variance analysis on various products and business segments to establish trends and patterns
- Collaborates with internal and external departments to ensure consistent and reliable data is available for analysis and reporting, including identifying, investigating, and resolving any issues effecting data integrity.
- Assists with target redistribution as and when required in line with business objectives.
Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- First degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
- Prior experience in the telecoms industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI (intermediate or advance)
