A reputable, child-centered International school at East-Airport area is seeking passionate, qualified Early Years/Montessori & Subject Teachers for Lower & Upper Primary classes.

We are looking for teachers who love children, teach with creativity, and are committed to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using approved lesson notes.
• Make Science, English & Maths fun and practical for pupils.

2. Assessment

• Set, mark, and give feedback on classwork, homework, quizzes, and exams.
• Track student progress.

3. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and create a safe, positive, inclusive learning environment.

4. Records

• Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and students' work.

5. Collaboration

• Work with colleagues, HOD, and parents to support each child's growth.

6. Co-Curricular

• Participate in clubs, competitions, school events, and professional development.

7. Professionalism

• Uphold school policies, values, and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma in Basic Education from a recognized College of Education.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching experience in an international school. Fresh graduates with strong teaching practice will be considered.
• Must have strong subject knowledge and mastery of the current Cambridge/GES/NaCCA curriculum.
• Excellent spoken and written English. French, Twi, and a third language are an added advantage.
• Tech-savvy: Ability to use basic digital tools for lesson delivery.
• Must be patient, creative, disciplined, and child-focused
