A court decision requiring Shatta Wale to pay Maverick City Entertainment, the people behind the popular Wildaland Festival, $120,000 has put the Dancehall/Reggae specialist in a precarious predicament.

Shatta Wale must pay interest in the amount of $120,000 starting on December 14, 2021, and continuing until the total payment is paid, according to the court’s ruling.

The entire amount of $10,892.47 is an interest rate of 5.5%.
