Sandra Ankrah, an ambitious young woman from Ghana who recently earned a first-class degree from the University of Professional Studies in Accra, has spoken out about her experiences.

From what can be gleaned from a post on her LinkedIn timeline, it appears that Sandra is now engaged in the business of buying and selling locally-made shoes due to her repeated failures to secure a position in the corporate sector after graduating from college.

The woman with the first-class degree opened up about her experience, saying that she had high hopes that she would land a great job right after completing national service because of her stellar grades.

“Prior to my service, I had been full of hope as I had studied hard to attain First Class honours and dreamt of a rewarding career that awaits me?

You can imagine a First Class student who has graduated from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, with a CGPA of 3.76 and how enthused I was to be employed in the corporate world”, she said.
