PBI project launched in Accra and Lesotho

The People Building Institute (PBI), a mentor-mentee project designed to build young adults in their respective careers and entrepreneurs has been launched in Accra and Lesotho.

.

The Institute seeks to propel Africa’s growth by guiding and nurturing young executives and business owners to be skilled experts, ethical leaders, and agents of change.

.

The Institute envisages that each mentee of the institute graduates as an equipped and audacious individual, ready to overcome local and global barriers to excel in all spheres.

With the deployment of special tools such as offering mentor-mentee programmes, practical workshops, and networking opportunities, PBI aims to bridge the gap between aspiring entrepreneurs and the resources the youth need to succeed.

Stephen Dotse Co-Founder of the PBI said the institute would be holding a physical conference targeting the agricultural sector on the theme: unlocking opportunities in crop farming and aquaculture for SME and Start-Ups at the Alisa Hotel from the 21st to the 24th of August 2023.

Co-Founding partner of PBI, Elinam Ablah, on her part, said: “We are thrilled to launch The People Building Institute and embark on this transformative journey with the youth
