Citi FM to celebrate authentic highlife music at MOGO concert on Saturday

Citi FM will this Saturday, March 23, 2019 host the 2019 edition of the Music of Ghanaian Origin (MOGO) concert at the National Theatre in Accra.

The night will have music from the past, the present and the future of Ghana’s highlife music.

Top musicians including Bessa Simons, Amandzeba, Dromo Naa band, Adani Best, Kwan Pa band, Kwabena Kwabena, Cina Soul will be performing on the night.

With these artistes, the concert will certainly be a delight full of great music and fun.

Where to get tickets 

Tickets for this year’s MOGO concert are going for GHc120 and are available at the front desk of Citi FM at Adabraka in Accra.

The Citi FM MOGO brand has over the years promoted authentic musician of Ghanaian origin and celebrated all the biggest names in highlife music.

It forms part of activities lined up to mark Citi FM’s Heritage Month which is held in the month of March every year to celebrate Ghana’s culture, heritage and to promote tourism.

Already the road trip known as Heritage Caravan has been held, Accra Music Expo also came off last Saturday at the forecourt of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly where indigenous Ga music was celebrated.

This is aired every weekday on the Citi Breakfast Show on Citi 97.3FM throughout the month.
