The Vice-Chancellor maintained that the ultimate beneficiaries of both public and private university education were Nigerians, as graduates from both sectors eventually entered the same labour market and contributed to the national economy.

Adeniyi made the call on Monday when Education Correspondents ed the university in Abuja, stressing that private universities should no longer be viewed merely as profit-oriented ventures but as critical partners in the nation’s tertiary education system.
