Article A polygamous man's attempt to gift land to some of his children before his death has ended in a bitter family battle, with the High Court ordering that his property be shared equally among his 17 beneficiaries.

The result was that land some family members believed had already been given to them had to be considered for distribution together with the rest of the estate.
