A new opinion poll released by Infotrak shows President William Ruto leading the field of potential 2027 presidential contenders with 32 percent overall approval, ahead of a crowded pack of Opposition figures.

He is trailed by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka at 13 percent, ODM Secretary-General Edwin Sifuna at 12 percent, and former Prime Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i, also at 12 percent.
