Ogun APC crisis: I’m not against party, I’m fighting for justice — Abayomi

By GhanaSummary NewsroomNigeria

By Juliet Umeh An aggrieved governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, Abayomi Hunye, has said his challenge to the outcome of the party’s governorship primary is not aimed at undermining the party but at seeking justice.

Hunye, who spoke during an interview on Channels Television, said he remained committed to the APC despite the crisis generated by the emergence of Senator Solomon Yayi as the party’s governorship candidate.

He warned that unresolved grievances could deepen the crisis within the APC ahead of the 2027 election, urging party leaders to address the issues and prevent division.
