ODM vows not to interfere with Linda Mwananchi rally in Nairobi
In a statement on Friday, September 11, ODM Nairobi Chairman George Aladwa said the party had no business interfering with the rally, noting that Linda Mwananchi had a right to speak to Nairobi residents.
The chairman lauded Odinga for his contribution to Kenya’s democracy, the struggle for constitutional reforms and the political transformation of the country, saying his contribution could not be erased.
As we approach the 2027 General Election, our responsibility is to ensure that ODM remains strong, organised and firmly rooted across Nairobi,” the chairman stated.
