Image Credits : X | @JustSecuCluster Sashin Naidoo 21 August 2026, 12:17 [SAST] The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has formally withdrawn fraud and corruption charges against Crime Intelligence head Dumisani Khumalo, Brigadier Dineo Mokwele and five others in the Pretoria Magistrates’ Court.“It is my instruction your worship from the office of the National Director of Public Prosecutions that the representations have been considered and it is my instruction from the head office, the National Director of Public Prosecution has instructed the state to withdraw all charges of corruption and fraud against all seven accused before court,” says state prosecutor, Joy Hlatswayo.
