The Kenyan diaspora community in the US is mourning the death of compatriot Titus Wanjala after his vehicle plunged into a pond in Waukee, Iowa State.
A statement from the Waukee Police Department said police officers responded at around 4pm local time to reports of a vehicle submerged in a pond along Manchester Boulevard, between NW Charlestown Lane and NW Bennett Street.
Speaking on behalf of the police, Waukee Police Department Chief Chad McCluskey sent his condolences to the families of Titus Wanjala and River Cropper.
