Kaduna clerics praise Uba Sani’s compassion, laud fulfilment of promises to bereaved families
The commendation came from the Archbishop of Kaduna Province, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) Most Reverend Timothy Yahaya, and the Northern Coordinator of the Global Peace Foundation, Sheikh Haliru Maraya, after the governor handed over houses to Mrs Sarah Achi and Malam Usman Aliyu.
Also speaking, Sheikh Maraya recalled that Governor Uba Sani ed Ummulkhairi’s family shortly after his death, donated ₦10 million to support them, and pledged to continue funding the education of her four children.
He thanked the governor for bringing hope to the affected families and prayed for lasting peace in Kaduna State.
