Jigawa anti-corruption agency, NILDS sign MoU to strengthen capacity

The Jigawa State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission (JPCACC) and the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) have formalised a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening institutional capacity, promoting accountability, and enhancing democratic governance in Nigeria.‎ ‎The Executive Chairman further expressed optimism that the partnership will expose officers of the Commission to global best practices in public administration, legislative governance, ethics and integrity management, investigative techniques, alternative dispute resolution, and anti-corruption strategies, thereby improving service delivery to the people of Jigawa State.‎ ‎‎The director-general said the MoU would strengthen institutional capacity through specialised training, knowledge exchange and exposure to global best practices in governance, legislative studies and public administration ‎ ‎“Education knows no boundaries or age limits.
