Israelis voice doubts over U.S.-backed Gaza peace plan

Because, I think the United States, President Trump needs something to say - 'look I brought peace to Gaza', but it’s clear that Hamas won’t disarm and if Hamas doesn’t disarm Israel is not going anywhere...

So, until Hamas is gone from Gaza, there will be no peace.

On the other hand, there is a slight chance, so we have to find a way to give it a chance, to see what’s going on, to put our hand on every small step that they (Hamas) are doing, to make sure that’s in our benefit and be optimistic.
