Iran’s top diplomat calls counterparts in Oman and Saudi Arabia
Elke Scholiers/Getty Images/File Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi’s has held separate phone calls with his counterparts in Oman and Saudi Arabia on regional peace and the Strait of Hormuz, according to a statement on his Telegram channel.
The come came days after an Omani delegation ed Tehran for a discussion on Strait of Hormuz and as Saudi Arabia faces increasing attacks from Iran-backed proxies in both Yemen and Iraq.
