Urges public to inspect Form EC9, report false information By Olayinka Ajayi LAGOS — The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Lagos State, has announced that it will begin the public display of Form EC9, containing the personal particulars of candidates for the 2027 presidential, senatorial and House of Representatives elections, on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
The commission added that any person who has reason to believe that a candidate submitted false information or forged documents may seek legal redress as provided under the Electoral Act.
