Immigration Service targets professional excellence with new Airport training series

By Omeiza Ajayi ABUJA: The Nigeria Immigration Service NIS said it has concluded a two-week capacity-building training for personnel of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Command, Abuja, the first in a series of trainings designed for NIS airport formations across the country.

Themed “Repositioning NIS Airport Operations for Professional Excellence, Ethical Conduct and Enhanced Service Delivery,” the training was executed to instill practical knowledge and skills in passenger profiling, visa and entry verification, passenger and crew clearance, queue management, the Migration Information and Data Analysis System (MIDAS), e-Gates, apron operations, hostmanship, ethical conduct and anti-corruption practices.
