Ethiopia's federal forces retake Tigrayan capital Mekelle

Ethiopian federal forces were in full control of the Tigray rebels' regional capital, a local journalist said on Sunday, while Ethiopia's regional rivals gathered in Egypt to discuss the risk of a wider war.
