Dlamini-Zuma welcomes oral evidence in defamation case
Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma has welcomed the Johannesburg High Court’s judgment to hear oral evidence in the defamation matter brought against her by ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula.
However, Advocate Muzi Sikhakhane who represented Dlamini-Zuma argued that evidence of vote-buying was presented through the affidavit of an ANC Member, Mandla Sibiya who says he personally saw Mbalula distributing money and he himself benefited from the money that Mbalula Distributed.
