Court rules in favour of Biko family to halt proceedings temporarily
The family made the request to obtain critical affidavits and documents from the 1977 inquest and the archives of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
This was intended to afford the family sufficient time to adequately prepare for cross-examination of the witness and persons of interest in the inquest.
