Court orders INEC to use NDC logo – Dickson
ABUJA: The National Democratic Congress, NDC, has secured a court order directing the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to upload and use the party’s modified digital logo contained in its constitution, according to the party’s National Leader, Henry Seriake Dickson.
According to him, the party had submitted its modified logo to INEC after its first National Executive Council, NEC, meeting, following which the commission uploaded it.
According to Dickson, both logos carry the two-finger victory sign, but the modified logo is the one constitutionally approved by the party and, he claimed, more widely recognised.
