Court hears Sibiya could harm complainants if released on bail
The investigating officer in the case against suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya, has told the Randburg Magistrate’s Court, that he should not be released on bail as there is a high likelihood that he may harm the complainants in the case.

Police officer Sergeant Ndlovu says there is strong evidence which indicates that Sibiya will attempt to interfere with the state’s case.
