These newer systems for African prosperity will also be an alternative to the current world approach that survives on conquest and hierarchy, making us domestic and international others whose human reduction makes it legitimate to treat our lives as disposable for the comfort of the ‘chosen ones’.

Any future that is spent in responding to the perceived or real injustices of the current colonial and extractive system that drives the current world will distract from the creative process of designing the kinds of systems that nourish and prosper African lives.

Afrilition means that over the next two generations, before the end of the 21st Century, the African world must once again renew humanity away from the destructive death march that rewards a few over the multitudes.
