The relatives of Otieno, Mugo and Oloo moved to court on Friday seeking orders compelling the Inspector-General, the DCI, the Officer Commanding Buruburu Police Station and the Attorney-General to produce the three missing men.
Justice Muteti noted that since the Inspector-General and the DCI had stated that the three men were not in their custody, they should allow the applicants Pamela Aloo, Beatrice Wanjira, Rose Apii and the rights organisation Siasa Place to present evidence to enable the court to establish the truth.
