- Prophet Badu Kobe said he would remove Akufo-Addo’s government in the spirit and it would manifest physically
- He said the government has failed Ghanaians and was only enriching itself
- Kobe mentioned some happenings in Ghana which he said were unfortunate and needed urgent attention
The head pastor of the Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, has hinted of removing the Akufo Addo government spiritually which would manifest physically.
An unhappy Kobe said he has no other option to overthrow the NPP government if it continues to enrich itself and leave Ghanaians to wallow in poverty.
This is contained in a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Kassapafmonline.com.
According to Kobe, only President Akufo-Addo, his ministers, and NPP officials in general were enjoying the resources of Ghana.
He also accused the president and finance minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, of collapsing businesses in the country instead of growing them.
Kobe also alleged that the president and his appointees were buying all sorts of luxurious cars while Ghanaians remain in poverty, warning that if this does not stop, he would remove the NPP government spiritually and it would manifest in them losing the polls in 2020.
“They are buying the cars and Ghanaians are in poverty and I put it to them, they must stop, otherwise, some of us will remove them spiritually and it will happen in the physical,” he reportedly said.
Touching on some happenings in the country that were wrong, Kobe questioned the importance of establishing a commission of inquiry when the government could directly make arrests following the Ayawaso West Wuogon violent by-election.
“And when people attack people, what is the commission of inquiry? Somebody said I sent them, why won’t you call the person to order? Why don’t you give the person out to the law?” the prophet decried.
He also accused the finance minister of deliberately destroying NAM1’s Menzgold when the government could support it to function.
According to Kobe, he was part of those who rescued Ofori-Atta’s businesses when the erstwhile NDC government wanted to collapse them, therefore, he was very surprised that the finance minister was doing the same thing to NAM1.
“Ken [Ofori-Atta] my brother, I speak to you for the last time, stop that thing, don’t forget your business was about to be attacked by the NDC in 2008 and some of us, we used our lives to pray and now you are doing what they were doing against you, you better stop,” he warned.
He stressed that if it is the agenda of the Akufo-Addo government to bring down others, God would also bring them down, asking the president to change his ways.
“I put it to you Nana Akufo-Addo, you better change your ways, Ghana is not for you.”
“I’m coming back again if you don’t change your ways. I’m not going to be a man of God in a land who will pamper you, even when you are doing wrong, I will say you are doing good, I’m not one of them, so, you better change, I’m coming back again,” Badu Kobe warned.
