Rufftown CEO Ricky Nana Agyemang aka Bullet recently unveiled, Fantana, a new female artist for his label.
Just a few days after the announcement of Fantana as an artiste for RuffTown has already released a song titled So What.
Following the release of her song, a lot of negative reportage has come up about Fantana and there many people who want to known more about her.
In an interview with YEN.com.gh, Fantana has opened up and made some revelations about her life.
1. Real Name:
Fantana was christened at birth as Francine Kouffie. And she is a hails from the Nzema area in the Western region.
2. Place of birth and age:
The So What singer was born some 22 years ago in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States of America.
3. Upbringing and education:
Fantana was brought up in Atlanta and later moved to Florida. She only started coming to Ghana in 2013.

Her stage name was proposed by Bullet. According to the singer, while she was growing up as a kid, she was often referred to as Fanta and Bullet decided to use that for her name.
5. Meeting Wendy Shay, Bullet, and Shatta Wale:
Fantana says she met Bullet through Wendy Shay. She befriended Shay on social media after the latter released her Uber Driver song under RuffTown. One thing led to the other and Shay linked her to Bullet.
For Shatta Wale who has been referring to Fantana as his cousin, the new RuffTown act disclosed that he has been a family friend for sometime now.
