Transfer Talk: Nicholas Pepe to leave Trabzonspor at the end of the season

Nicholas Pepe has agreed to leave Turkish side Trabzonspor at the end of the current campaign.

The Ivorian winger who once joined Arsenal in 2019 in a deal worth £72 million after dazzling in the French Ligue 1 for LOSC Lille in the 2018-19 season has decided to part ways with Trabzonspor after failing to reach an agreement to renew his contract.

The 28-year-old AFCON winner will be available as a free agent when his contract expires at the end of June.

He signed for Trabzonspor in 2023 summer after departing Arsenal on a free transfer even with a year left on his deal.

Pépé has signed with BS Group, the same agency that manages Mohamed Simakan and Castello Lukeba both of RB Leipzig.

Despite many lucrative proposals from the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, Pepe, the Mantes-la-Jolie born still wants to continue his career in Europe.
