David Akologo keeps clean sheet in Bolivia

Ghanaian born goalkeeper, David Akologo is making a name for himself in South America with impressive performances for his club.

The former Under -20 Ghana goalie was on hand over the weekend when he kept a clean sheet for his side in the elite division of the Bolivian league.

The 27-year-old was rated the highest performing player over the weekend in his club with a rating of 7.7 by flashscore when Aurora held Royal Pari to a goalless away draw.

The heroics of the player has propelled his club to the summit of group B with 14 points in the league after 8 matches.

David Akologo turned down a call-up by Otoo Adoo last month and decided to represent Bolivia after the Federation lured him into playing for the South American Country.

The agile goalkeeper can still switch allegiance to play for the Blacks Stars since he has not played any competitive game for the Bolivian national team.
