The Black Stars succumbed to a 1-0 defeat in Moroni to take them steps aback after starting their campaign with a hard-fought win over Madagascar last weekend.

Maolida’s 43rd-minute strike was enough to hand Chris Hughton a first competitive defeat in six games as head coach of the senior men’s national.

While it may still be early days in the chase for a spot at the next World Cup, Ghanaians were particularly not happy with the performance of the team against Comoros.
