Ghana shouldn’t close it’s doors to Hudson Odoi and Eddie Nketiah – Ryan Bertrand

Former Chelsea defender, Ryan Bertrand believes there is still chance for English duo Callum Hudson-Odoi and Eddie Nketiah to play for the Black Stars of Ghana.

Callum Hudson-Odoi and Eddie Nketiah have long been targets for the Black Stars but the duo have been adamant to switch nationalities as they still hold on to their dreams of playing for the Three Lions of England.

With Eddie Nketiah recently being called up to the English National team for the October international games, Ghanaians ruled him out but Ryan Bertrand has urged the Ghana Football Association not to shut the door on them.

When asked if Ghana should continue their pursuit of Nketiah and Odoi, Ryan Bertrand expressed his opinion, stating, “I think you should do.”

It would be great if more and more of them decided to join the Black Stars,” as Ryan Bertrand stated on GhanaWeb’s Sports Check Show.
