Holstein Kiel release Ghanaian striker Noah Awuku

German Bundesliga 2 club Holstein Kiel have parted ways with Ghanaian attacker Noah Awuku after six years together.

Awuku, 23, joined Kiel in the summer of 2017 just after the U17 World Cup in India where he was of the stars of the tournament.

His final three seasons at Kiel was blighted by various long term knee injuries and he hardly had playing time.

In all, he made a total of 124 appearances for Kiel scoring 3 goals and providing 12 assists.
