Asante Kotoko interim coach Abdulai Gazale facing GFA wrath over ‘predetermined’ results comment after Karela Utd draw

There is a possibility that Asante Kotoko coach Abdul Gazale may face the Ethics Committee of the Ghana Football Association following his controversial claim of a ‘pre-determined’ result after his team’s 1-1 draw against Karela United at home.

He suggested that the match may have been compromised, alleging a ‘predicted result’ before the Premier League game at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.

As a result, Gazale might be summoned by the Ethics Committee of the Ghana FA to provide evidence supporting his serious allegations.

Currently occupying the 4th position in the Ghana Premier League table with 48 points, Kotoko’s chances of defending their championship title seem unlikely

Their next fixture will be against Accra Lions in the capital, followed by their final match of the season against Dreams FC in Kumasi.
