Kurt Okraku’s first term assessment will determine whether to contest GFA elections or not – George Afriyie

Former vice president of the Ghana Football Association George Afriyie has hinted that when Kurt Okraku’s term as president of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) expires, he will run for the position.

The experienced football administrator claims that before determining whether or not to run for the top position, he will evaluate Kurt Okraku’s performance after his term ends in October of this year.

“What I know is that Kurt Okraku’s first mandate will end on 25th October 2023 and definitely there will be an assessment to see if he’s done well or not.

Afriyiw was involved in the last GFA elections, where he lost to Kurt Okraku but looks set to run again in the next one.
