American actor, Eric Marlon Bishop, better known by his stage name Jamie Foxx has been accused of slapping a woman with his pen*s in 2002 according to a report by TMZ.
But the big question is; Is it possible for a man to slap a woman with his pen*s? That’s weird if really it is true that Jamie Foxx slapped the woman with his pen*s.
Below is a narration by the woman on how Jamie Foxx slapped her with his pen*s in 2002 to TMZ:
“The woman tells TMZ that she went to the police last week with her story. According to the woman, who remains anonymous, the incident happened almost 16 years ago in Las Vegas at a party hosted by Jamie at his house. She and a friend went together, and she was approached by Jamie, who tried to coerce her into performing oral sex on him. When she refused, she claims Jamie responded by slapping her in the face with his pen*s. If that’s true, then it looks like we’ve got a front-runner for Gentleman of the Day.
The woman says that after she was assaulted, Jamie’s friend told her to get out immediately. The next day, she returned home to Los Angeles where she says she went to the hospital after having a severe panic attack”.
According to TMZ, this woman says she was inspired by the #MeToo movement hence openly reporting it to be filed to let the world know her story too.
Well, Jamie Foxx has denied the allegations through a release by his attorney Allison Hart:
“Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story. The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.”
