Reggae/Dancehall artiste, Emmanuel Andrews Samini known by his stage name Samini has disclosed that before his fame he featured on many songs just to get the recognition before starting his music career as a solo artiste.Â
Samini narrating his success story to Merqury Quaye on HitzFM said at the beginning of his career in the early 2000s when he wanted to be heard and accepted by the people, he had to ride on the fame of other artistes by featuring on songs because he couldn't afford to pay his studio fees.
Samini before fame was best known for featuring but later stopped to pursue his dreams as a reggae/dancehall artiste, said he got the motivation for his hit song 'Linda' after featuring on many songs.
