The Chairman of the National Democratic Congress' electoral committee, Mr. Bede Ziedeng has explained why voting at the 9th National Delegates Congress of his party went into the second day, Sunday.
He attributed it to anxiety of delegates to cast their votes.
Others who spoke to UTV and Peace FM said the extension was due to huge numbers, few voting centers and logistics.
