Ms Nana Yaa Jantuah, the former Director of Public Relations and External Affairs at the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC), has slammed the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and Jean Mensa regarding their stance on the voters' register.
In a recent appearance on the Anopa Nkomo show on Kingdom FM monitored by MyNewsGh.com, she expressed her concerns about the inconsistency in the NPP's approach to electoral integrity.
Reflecting on past events, Nana Yaa recalled, "I remember when Nana Akufo-Addo was in opposition.
He travelled abroad to tell Ghanaians in the diaspora that the voters' register was flawed and needed auditing." She expressed her disbelief that the NPP, now in power, is cooperating with the Electoral Commission (EC) led by Jean Mensa to deny the National Democratic Congress (NDC) the same opportunity to address their concerns about the register.
