A video of the Ashanti Regional Chairman of NPP, Chairman Wontumi, making ridiculous promises to some members in his constituency has caused a stir.

According to him, when the NPP is voted into power, they will make sure any Ghanaian who wants to go to the university will only need a Ghana Card.

He furthered that after graduating from school, the NPP will ensure that they have ready jobs that will pay them the huge sum of GHC8000,00.

Chairman Wontumi's ridiculous promises to the gullible followers was proof that the NPP are desperate to win power and as a result, they will go every length in making sure they get the votes if it includes lying their way through.
