Although the women were arrested at their residences, it is accepted they advised to commercialize the rotten fish.

According to UTV's anchorman from Nsawam, "National aegis arrested the two women on Friday, July 2, for demography rotten angle from the auctioning armpit to sell. This followed a 30-foot alembic auctioning rotten angle at the Adipa Zoom Lion site.

"The two women took it to Nsawam bazaar for sale, smoker and frying some of the fish. However, afterwards their arrest, they claimed it was for claimed consumption."

Investigations are ongoing, and the two women accept been accepted bond afterward their arrest.
