MUSIGA President advises musicians to charge for composing political songs

The President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bessa Simons, has called on musicians to charge politicians who engage or contract them to write songs for their political parties.

According to him, that is their job and they should be paid for it.

Bessa Simons was speaking on the sidelines of the National event for this year's World Tourism Day, at the Sekondi Youth Center in the Western Region.

It was on the theme, "Tourism and Peace ".
