Mahamudu Bawumia, has appealed to Ghanaians to elect him over former President John Mahama, whom he dubbed a "second-hand president." He says voting for him represents fresh ideas and a new perspective, contrasting his leadership with Mahama's, which he sees as stale and ineffective.
He was addressing a rally in Kamgbunli in the Ellembelle District, on day two of his four-day tour of the Western Region.
At the rally, Dr.
