Ghana’s Information Minister ‘fights’ CNN reporter over ‘biased’ reportage

Ghana's Information Minister, Fatimatu Abubakar has taken on CNN's International Correspondent over what she describes as biased reportage.

In a post on Twitter, the Minister, Fatimatu Abubakar urged the reporter to be balanced in his reportage on the recent incarceration of protesters by a circuit court in Accra.

Her post read "Dear@LarryMadowo Please do well to check and report on both sides of a story when making publications that impact a country's image.

Ghana has always supported citizens' right to demonstrate peacefully.
