An aggrieved market woman has criticised the chiefs of Manhyia for neglecting them after promising to construct a new market in Kumasi for them.
Addressing her grievances in a video posted on TikTok, the market woman angrily called out the chiefs for their deceitful and greedy behavior, which has contributed to the recent disrespect directed at the Asantehene and the Ashanti Kingdom.
According to her, the chiefs promised to construct a new market in Kumasi to accommodate them.
This led them to take out bank loans to help develop the new location they were relocated to, only for the chiefs to demolish the project and hand it over to other individuals.
