Ralph St.
Williams, a prominent member of the Democracy Hub, and 18 others have been remanded into police custody for two weeks.
The arrests occurred following violent clashes between protesters and police at the 37 Intersection in Accra on Saturday, September 21, and Sunday, September 22.
Due to the large number of defendants, their pleas are being heard in groups across Circuit Courts 6 and 10.
