Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo has expressed concern over criminal activities among some judicial staff.

She highlighted the forging of fake divorce documents and fraudulent letters of administration as major crimes committed by judicial service staff, leading to the depletion of deceased persons' accounts.

She emphasised that such practices disrupt the judiciary's operations and warned those involved to cease their activities, cautioning that offenders will face consequences.

In her address, Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo reminded service staff to adhere to the 1992 Constitution and stressed the importance of collaboration among judicial staff.

I am dedicated to implementing a system through a constitutional instrument that will enhance Ghana's appeal to investors." "With this, we will attract investors and instill confidence in the system for investment and growth," the Chief Justice added.
