Ghana midfielder Baba Iddrisu has finally returned to action for UD Almeria, 286 days after suffering a serious injury that kept him on the sidelines since November 2024.
The 29-year-old marked his comeback during AlmerÃa's trip to Anoeta for their Spanish Segunda Division clash against Real Sociedad B, a game that carried special significance for the player who had been out of competitive football for more than nine months.
Baba's injury occurred on November 26, 2024, in a home fixture against Cordoba, a setback that forced him into a lengthy recovery process.
